Art education in Ukraine is currently facing challenges related to limited access to educational resources and disruptions to traditional learning formats. Therefore, the development of effective approaches to supporting students' artistic competence has become increasingly important.The study aimed to determine the efficiency of&#13;
blended education in the formation of artistic competence of students in higher artistic educational institutions in Ukraine. The study involved 50 students, divided into control and experimental groups (25 people each). The study used mixed methods and was quasi-experimental research design. Purposive sampling was used. Pre-Test, Post-Test,&#13;
creative project, expert assessments, and questionnaires were used. Quantitative data were processed using descriptive statistics, t-tests for independent samples, and analysis of dynamics (Δ). The results showed that in the experimental group, after the application of mixed learning, the level of theoretical knowledge and technical skills increased. Students in the experimental group achieved higher results in key components of artistic competence: theoretical knowledge, technical skills, creative innovation, and reflexivity. In particular, the total artistic competence index in this group increased by an average of 13.8 points, while in the control group it increased by only 6.3 points.&#13;
All differences were statistically significant (p &lt; 0.001). The conclusions indicate that there is effectiveness of blended learning in art education, however, even in the conditions of modern challenges. Specific practical recommendations and directions for further research are proposed, considering the identified limitations.

Therefore, the research aim is to systematize and analyze modern innovative approaches to managing cultural institutions in the digital age, determine their efficiency, and outline the challenges for their implementation. The research was a systematic literature review based on the PRISMA statement. It suggested selecting 215 peer-reviewed articles through the Scopus, Web of Science, and DOAJ databases. To analyze the data, content analysis, thematic coding, and comparative analysis were applied. The findings showed that innovative models used in managing cultural institutions are based on digital technologies. The profound impact of digital technologies on the management of cultural institutions was described. This refers to the increased audience engagement and the facilitation of management processes. Besides, specific challenges of using digital technologies in managing cultural institutions were outlined. They include lack of funding, low digital literacy, resistance to change, and ethical issues. The research will be valuable for the enhancement of scientific discourse as well as the development of practical measures to manage cultural institutions effectively through digital technologies.

In the context of Russia’s current war against Ukraine, the need for the European world to disseminate systematic knowledge about the culture and art of Ukraine, which for a long time has been considered by Europeans exclusively in the context of the culture of the aggressor country, is becoming more urgent. Thus, it is crucial to distinguish Ukrainian culture/mentality and restore and strengthen Ukraine’s positive image on the world stage, in particular, by promoting the identity of Ukrainian culture. The purpose of the research is to identify and substantiate the priorities of personal and professional development of a socially responsible subject of cultural and artistic diplomacy in Ukraine, based on the value of national art education, which can reveal/form humanity in a person. The study used the methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, comparison, and abstraction. The scientific value of the research results lies in an updated understanding of the professional formation of the subject of cultural diplomacy – a cultural ambassador who meets the needs of the modern world community for a new vision and new motivation for the system of training artistic and creative personnel. First of all, a trinity of such basic directions as developing a case of new knowledge that will determine the creative potential of art education in the processes of democratisation of Ukrainian society; justifying the feasibility of creating strategies of dialogue through respect for the Other; refuting the arguments introduced by authoritarian systems that tend to produce hybrid war hysteria. The study reveals the importance of training artists as cultural ambassadors to establish the true significance of Ukraine’s culture at the international level and identifies ways to improve the image of the state through the implementation of effective art education. The conclusions of the study will be useful for scholars in an in-depth study of the concept of “cultural diplomacy”, as well as for politicians and cultural critics in choosing approaches to restoring a positive emotional colouring of the image of Ukraine in the world public consciousness through Ukrainian culture and art.

<title>Revolutionizing art education: technologies and virtual platforms for the digital age</title>
<link>http://ir.knutkt.edu.ua/handle/123456789/814</link>
<description>Revolutionizing art education: technologies and virtual platforms for the digital age
Bilan, Vasyl; Hromadskyi, Rostyslav; Zavadska, Hanna; Suslenska, Olena; Yalokha, Tetiana
The development of modern art education is closely related to the use of digital technologies. The purpose&#13;
of the article is to analyse the adaptation of higher art education to the requirements of the modern digital&#13;
era, to study the integration of technologies and virtual platforms into the educational process through the&#13;
prism of training in higher art education. In order to achieve this goal, the researcher used certain methods&#13;
of scientific knowledge, which provided a thematic analysis of professional literature and a comparison of&#13;
existing experiences with the Ukrainian realities of the use of digital technologies in acting education. As a&#13;
result of the step-by-step study, it was noted that the tools of digital platforms and virtual reality are well&#13;
integrated into teaching in art education. This allows interaction with higher education students in a remote&#13;
mode without compromising the quality of education and its level. It also enables students to build digital&#13;
portfolios and continue their lifelong learning. The conclusions state that the use of digital technologies in&#13;
education has a significant challenge - the need for teachers to be proficient in the following tools and to&#13;
use them to the maximum benefit of learning.
